SYDNEY: Australian opener Matthew Hayden’s performance graph is tasking down turn day by day and the Adelaide Test will likely to be his last Test. According to an Australian newspaper, Matthew Hayden has begun considering retirement from the game and he is likely to make an important announcement after the Adelaide Test. By playing at Adelaide, Hayden will complete the century of his Test matches. However, his recent form is very disappointing as he has made only 242 runs in his last five Test matches at a mere average of 26.8 and in the process he was dismissed for a duck on three occasions. Matthew Hayden said that he miss badly his former colleagues who were great cricketers. He said that he is proud to be part of the Australian team with those great players and his performance helped his team on many occasions. Hayden said that the tour of India was very disappointing for the Australian team and this has compelled him to think many things regarding the future.
